Delete your account

To request deletion of your Tubiva account and associated personal data, email support@tubiva.com from the email address on your account.

Include “Delete my Tubiva account” in the subject. We will confirm the request and remove account data, except records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction obligations.

If you cannot access your account, explain that in the request and include the account email so we can verify ownership.
